The Forest Nook 2 Chalets: an elegant and luxurious holiday village in Pamporovo resort! The Forest Nook Chalets is a brand new and highly luxurious holiday complex, beautifully situated in the very heart of the most southern winter skiing resort in Europe – Pamporovo. Spread over the mountain pastures in the central part of the charming Rhodopi mountains close to a small river running nearby this unique development offers 17 chalets (solid construction of bricks and concrete framing), each with a breathtaking panoramic mountain view. The chalets will be located approx. 2 km from the ski pistes, only 900 meters away from the main road, and 9 km. away from the city of Smolyan. Sofia and Plovdiv International Airports are respectfully 220 km and 85 km away.
The chalets are completely finished and liveable!
The holiday village shall consist of two-storey chalets with 85 sq.m. and 80 sq.m. of total built-up area. Ground floor accommodation comprises of modern open-plan fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar area (buyers can choose from 3 types of kitchens), nice dining area, big veranda 12 sq.m, and stunning living room facing a cozy fireplace which can be centrally situated or installed on one of the side walls in the living room. A wooden round staircase leads to two spacious bedrooms with one big terrace(10 sq.m.), and two bathrooms/wc on the second floor. Immaculately presented, each chalet will be supplied with a parking lot and local security system included in the price. Satellite TV is to be installed in each of the houses upon further request. Most of the furniture and equipment is included in the price! We offer full extra furniture package at the price of 5000 Euro.
The Forest Nook 2 Chalets benefit from reinforcing steel construction and outer heat insulation of the walls and are completed in the following manner:
- several colour options of the outer plaster, which can be combined with wood and stone pitched dam facing.
- effective concrete on the outer stages
- granite and wooden colour terraces and veranda
- roofs: tiles in “old Bulgarian” style, matted over wooden construction
- stone pitched dam facing
- double glazing with wood-design framing /glasses in green shade/

- living room with laminate flooring
- kitchenette: Spanish floor terracotta, MDF cupboards with kitchen devices
- bath/wc: Spanish floor tiles and faience, shower cabin, sanitary tools, and boiler for hot water, cupboard

- fireplace: a French fire camera with water mantle and a heating system for the whole house with Italian radiators.
Different options for furnishing of the living room and bedrooms are available.
Furthermore the complex have a reception desk, gym, sauna. All chalets are connected to a local electronic security system.
First year the property management is provided free of charge by the developing company. After that the management will be done against a small monthly fee (to be announced later).All Forest Nook Chalets will be marketed for rental.
Our services include:
- Sourcing for you all further items needed to get your chalet ready to rent out (electrical appliances, bed linen, cooking utensils, and all the bits and pieces needed to get them to a standard for renting out).
- Accepting rental payments (credit card facility)
- Cleaning, washing, ventilation of the chalets.
- Advertising and communication with potential customers/tenants.
- Meeting customers at Sofia or Plovdiv Airport/Pamporovo and transportation to your chalet.
- Giving/collecting keys, instructions for the use of the chalets, assistance for guests while renting the chalet.
- Payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax).
- All services required to keep the chalet in good condition.
For the above services we charge a percent of the profit after running costs. Regular monthly rental reports are sent to the chalet owners showing you the occupancy, costs and net income.
Chalets will be advertised for rental.We are also planning to develop further advertising campaigns to promote our portfolio of properties to rent and have established strong relationships with a number of successful local and international tour operators, travel agents and on-line reservation systems for renting out chalets and apartments and you will benefit from this extra source of business.
