The mountain villa boasts perfect location in a century-old pine forest in the oldest and most prestigious Bulgarian ski resort Borovets. The distance to the center of Borovets (lower station of the gondola lift) is about 2.5 km and can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes on the main asphalt road, which is maintained and cleared of snow throughout the winter. The distance to the capital Sofia is about 60 km and to Plovdiv about 120 km. The closest airport is in Sofia, 69 km away.
