The distance to the capital Sofia is about 60 km and to Plovdiv about 120 km. The closest airport is in Sofia, 69 km away.

The property is located on the territory of a gated complex with many extras and year-round maintenance. The complex consists of several apartment buildings, villas, hotel, restaurant and bar, conference halls and sports and recreation area. The SPA center offers a large selection of treatments and massages, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a fitness and a steam bath.
