The property is located in the mountain in the village of Ravna, 70 km away from the beach and the city of Varna. The house has 5 cm insulation on the outside.

Separate (56m²) guest house consisting of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The heating is with air conditioners and a wood stove. The house is exterior insulated and has the same windows as the main house. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace.

The yard has:

• A 56 square meter BBQ area with kitchen cabinets, a bar with three bar chairs, an Italian wooden oven, a gas lamp for heating, a table and chairs for 12 people and a rocking chair.
  
• The barbecue has a suspended wooden ceiling, a ceiling fan and Salamander windows that can be folded to open the area.
  
• Large hut for four (hunting) dogs.
