The shower and bath zone is divided by a glass partition. All the requisite bathroom accessories have been installed.
Each room in the apartment is equipped with Daikin top-end inverter air conditioners. They can operate in summer cooling mode and provide heat in the winter (from minus 20 degrees).
Each room has internet and cable television connections for the TVs and a router for wireless internet.

About the building
The Belle Époque Residence in Lozenets is one of the most beautiful and elegant residential buildings on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Built in classic French style with a richly ornamented facade, the design was inspired by the architecture of the emblematic resorts along the Côte d'Azur of Nice, Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The project was influenced by the remarkable elegance and joie-de-vivre characteristic of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The Belle Époque was a period of flourishing arts, filled with a beauty, nonchalance and splendour and a nostalgia for wonderful Utopian harmony.
