"Trakata" is among the most expensive neighborhoods in Bulgaria, an area with a well-developed social and transport infrastructure, with shops, a hospital, a post office and restaurants. Its close proximity to the sea and the resorts, as well as the mild climate, good communications and infrastructure, make it one of the most sought-after places to live in Varna.

Rental price:

• The rental price of a house in the complex with two bedrooms is 1100 euros per month and does not include:
