The water is not paid for, it is suitable for drinking and there is no interruption in the water supply. The house is guarded by security and there are cameras everywhere where necessary. Access to mobile phone, internet and cable TV is unlimited. The property is sold fully furnished, with all furniture and appliances.
It has a total of 12 beds and can be purchased and used as a guest house. The road to the village is cleaned regularly in the winter.
