The investors offer professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of EUR 600 per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:

• Daily cleaning of the common areas, the swimming pools, as well as cleaning of the driveways and paved areas in the complex;
• Seasonal planting and landscaping of the common ground;

Admiral complex is located in the luxury resort Sveti Vlas. It is placed 200 meters from the beach, the sea and "Marina Dinevi" yacht port, which has a capacity for over 300 yachts. Furthermore, the complex is set in the lower part of the Eastern Balkan Mountains, the "Monastery Sveti Vlas", as well as the Church "Saint Basil".
All 28 complexes from the group are located on the coast, near the beach, being about 12 minutes away from each other. Almost all are located next to each other and form a distinct region with complete infrastructure, own streets, gardens and recreation areas, swimming pools, four fitness clubs, beauty salons, eight supermarkets, and an amphitheater with free kids entertainment every Sunday evening, plus courses in various sports. The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a tour operator. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one’s property. The company guarantees good occupancy during the summer tourist season, thanks to its long-term partnerships with Bulgarian and foreign tour operators. Income from the rental is paid to the owner after the tourist season. Owners must pay an annual fee.
The construction of the Admiral complex will start in October 2014. The complex is expected to reach completion in early May 2015 and a year later, in the beginning of May 2016 it is planned to be completed and permission to usage (Act 16) is to be issued.
Reservation
Apartment in complex Admiral can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
Upon purchase is paid only the pure residential area without the common parts.
No agency commission is charged.
Payment
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 30% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
• 70% in several installments upon agreement, where the last installment is due immediately before the transaction.
