Management and maintenance
The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee for the maintenance of the complex, as follows:

One bedroom apartment - 600 Euro per year
Two bedroom apartment - 800 Euro per year

Payment
Reservation
Each apartment in complex Sweet Homes 3 can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 4000 Euro depending on the type of the apartment, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
