Management and maintenance
The investor company offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners are required to pay a fixed annual fee for maintenance of the complex of 8 Euro / sq.m apartment. The fee includes the following services:

Pomorie enjoys a wonderful sandy beach and picturesque pier with fishing boats. It has an extensive landscaped park with pleasant seaside atmosphere. The town is famous for its spa centers. The sand beaches in and around Pomorie have healing properties and are rich in iron and look like fine black powder. The sea is shallow and smooth, with a flat seabed without rocks. In addition there is a lake with salt water and and ornithological center. In the area are available historical and cultural attractions, shops, restaurants and bars.

Rental services
The apartments will be rented on a hotel basis by a registered management company. Owners shall pay an annual fee.
Plan of construction
The construction of Flora Beach Resort has started in September 2012 and has Act 14 as of 1st July. The building is expected to receive permission for usage (Act 16) at the end of 2014.
Payment
Reservation
Any apartment in complex Flora Beach Resort can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
Payment Plan
Standard Plan A
• 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• 30% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 30% second installment three months after the first installment;
• 30% third payment three months after the second installment;
• 10% fourth payment upon transfer of ownership;
Plan B deferred payment
