Plots of land in the highest part of the Arbanassi village

Arbanassi is an architectural monument and it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The village has five churches and two monasteries built in the late 16th and early 17th century. A lot of unique treasures of Bulgarian architecture are located in this village. Arbanassi is situated on a hill with a great view of Veliko Tarnovo town. This area is famous because of its clean air and healthy climate. By Royal Decree of 1921 it was declared as a resort and in 2000 received the status of a historical place of national importance.
The property consist of two plots of agricultural land with a total size of 1115 sq. m. They are with an excellent location in Arbanasi and it is possible to change their status. Plots have year-round easy access and they have border with the pine forest. They are located on the south slope with a beautiful view towards the village and the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
