Golden Sands is a modern resort having a 50 year old history and traditions. It is located 18 km away from Varna and is set within the borders of Golden Sands Natural Park which was proclaimed a protected area in 1943. The proximity with the sea, the soft climate and the breeze have had a strong influence on the park flora and fauna. There are a lot of hotels located among this magnificent forest massif.

This luxury apartment complex is set near the hotels Odessos, Ambassador and Shipka, just 150 m away from the beach. The resort beach is well-know as one of the best beaches in Europe. Reservation and agency commission

You could make a reservation immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of EUR 2000 payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the Preliminary Contract and pay the next installments according to the payment plan.

SUPRIMMO charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 1 000 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
