Welcome to Byala on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and the Byala Vista Beach Residence, a four star development in spectacular settings on the shoreline of Byala. Located almost exactly on the middle of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, Byala sits on a large bay with a large beach line longer than meets the eye, white in color and fine to the touch. Inland the town of Byala is surrounded by forests and vineyards.

Byala Vista is a four star development consisting of 72 apartments which includes studios and 1- and 2- bedroom apartments. The project is located on the cliff which leads directly down to the most beautiful beach in Byala. It is already completed and the residence provides various leisure and entertainment facilities in a quiet and very natural coastal environment. Owners and visitors could enjoy the comfort of having open air pool, direct access to the beach, children activities, water sports facilities all within the private grounds of the residence.

Security and Maintenance
A contract with a company for security and maintenance will be concluded at signing of the title deed. Property management and maintenance of the complex is currently provided by Bulgarian Home Care Ltd. and the annual charge is 7.80 Euro/sq.m.

City of Byala - the "pearl" of the southern Bulgarian Coastline
City of Byala is located 59 km to the south of Varna is situated the health resort Byala, with a population of 2 300. In Ancient times it was known as a Hellenic colony, called Aspro. Proof to this are the ancient stone anchors, found on the seashore. They and some parts of Greek amphora's date back to 6th century BC. There is a Roman fortress where are found many Greek and roman coins. These finds are exhibited in the centre of demonstration "White rocks" in Byala. Since the year 681 the settlement has been a part of the First Bulgarian state. Around the shore there is a system of fortifications swells from these times.
Nowadays Byala is a modern town thanks to the wine- growing. The famous wine "Dimiat" is produced in this town.
Byala is also a seaside resort with many private holiday houses for tourists. There is a perfect combination of beach with gold sands and broad leaved forest. These factors make it an excellent place for seaside tourism. The sea water is very clean because there are not any factories near. It gives the optimum for a nice and still rest.
The town of Byala is the fourth place on the earth where signs of the planet cataclysm of the Earth were found which brought to extinction of the dinosaurs. That landmark is known with the name of "White rocks". Only 6 km from Byala is the town of Obzor which was called during the past times Heliopopolis - town of the sun.

The apartment
This wonderful sea-view apartment is located on the second residential floor of Block 3. It spreads over 99,97 sq. m. (87,26 sq. m. living space). It consists of large living room (24,74 sq. m.) and bedroom (14,94 sq. m.), sharing a spacious sea-view terrace where you can enjoy the incredible sunrises and sunsets of Byala. On this level there is also a small bathroom (2,85 sq. m.).

Second bedroom (14,07 sq. m.) is facing the park behind the development and benefits of comfortable en-suite bathroom (4,44 sq. m.).

The building has received Permission For Use (Document 16) and is made of a solid reinforced concrete, interior partition walls of plaster and brick exterior walls. Heat insulation is provided on exterior walls.

Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property in the complex!

The price includes VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
