The location is quiet and yet not isolated – there are grocery stores, restaurants and basic services in Ribaritsa. The town of Teteven is about 12 km away, and Sofia – approximately 120 km away, making the property suitable for a holiday home with convenient access from the capital.

The Ribaritsa region is known for its beautiful nature and opportunities for mountain tourism and active recreation. Here the river and the forest are literally a step away from the house, and the Stara Ribaritsa area is peaceful and away from the traffic on the main road.
