The area has mostly holiday homes, a few asphalt and/or gravel roads where you can easily walk, cycle or drive.

At Oasis Beach (50 meters away) you can enjoy all types of beach water sports such as jet skiing, wind/kite surfing, kayaking and more.

The well-known Oasis Resort, offering great spa facilities, is just a 15-minute walk from the villa, via the beach or the main road. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy next to the resort's main entrance.

A few minutes away is also the popular Vilarte Hotel.
