The entire heating of the house can be built by means of a water pump through the fireplace. This ground floor is a suitable guest room, both winter and summer, because it is completely separated from the main rooms of the house. There is a separate large storage room.
  
• First floor: the stairs leading to the first floor lead first to a large veranda, about 30 m²., which has an incredible sea view. One external sanitary room. From the veranda you enter a kitchen and living room, a corridor, a bedroom and another bathroom.
  
• Second floor: a beautiful, massive staircase leads us to the second floor of the house, where there is a bathroom, a bedroom with a terrace, with a pleasant sea view and a large room that has two entrances and can be separated as two separate bedrooms/ childish.
  
• Third floor: curved metal stairs lead us to the third floor, which is an attic. It is not plastered inside. There is a sanitary room and a common large room, which can also be partitioned off. From the third floor you can see the even more beautiful sea view.
  

According to the architecture of the house, an internal staircase can be made from the second to the third floor and the external one can be removed, which will make the terrace on the second floor even bigger.

The house is in need of renovation inside, as can be seen from the photos, allowing the new owners to reconstruct and furnish it to their liking.
