Location

The village of Yunets is located at the foot of Stara Planina, 40 km south of the city of Varna, 12 km from the village of Shkorpilovtsi, 10 km from the sea and 2 km from the Varna-Burgas main road.

There are three reserves in the area: "Kamchia" biosphere reserve (under the protection of UNESCO), "Valchi dol" and "Kirov dol". There are also two protected areas: "Sherba" Hunting Farm and "Kamchiski Sands" - part of the longest beach on the Bulgarian coast (over 10 km).

The unique climate in the area is known to be extremely favorable for the treatment of lung diseases. An amazing combination of sea, mountain, river, deciduous forest, pristine nature and dam complete the list of advantages of this wonderful place.
