One building is a completely restored brick two-story house with a veranda of 80 m², 100-year-old authentic beams, open ceilings, and flooring - now rare red pine, antique cupboards and organic water-based plasters. In this part of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with toilets. It is designated as an area for good sleep, rest, and relaxation, soundproofed with high-quality joinery.

The second part of the villa is a converted barn into a spacious living room with a fireplace of 100 m², an equipped kitchen with an island and bar stools, a massive dining table, comfortable sofas, armchairs, side tables, a toilet and a separate bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. This part is convenient for holding events, as it is separated from the restrooms.

Its northern side is bordered by the Pias?nik River, from which a pleasant rumble can be heard.

In the courtyard there is a beautiful Roman pool with turquoise water and an outdoor shower, a kitchen garden - a seasonal vegetable garden and fresh spices, an outdoor gas BBQ and a large stone sink.

In front of the living room, right next to the pool, there is a large veranda covered with a removable vinyl covered pergola, a massive table for 20 people, and two corners with rattan furniture, a children's corner with a trampoline, slide, swing, electric strollers and many toys.

In the shadiest part of the yard there is a convenient parking for 8-10 cars.

Pets are allowed, but under certain conditions and at an additional cost.
