The guest house is located in the center of the town of Kiten at 5 Parvi May Street, just 50 m from South Beach and 500 m from Atliman Beach.
In the immediate vicinity there is a polyclinic, town hall, post office, kindergarten, grocery stores and many other commercial establishments for food and entertainment.

The vacant yard space is currently used as a parking area for guests, for their convenience, as well as a nicely designated area for outdoor relaxation.

Kiten is a beautiful corner on the southern Black Sea coast, 60 km from Burgas, 30 km from Sozopol, 5 km from Primorsko and 17 km from Tsarevo. Kiten is located on a small peninsula between the two small Black Sea bays of Karaagach and Atliman. The resort also has a mineral spring (depth about 700 meters), which is located next to the Atliman campsite. Near Kiten is the Ropotamo Park, which covers the mouth of the Ropotamo River and has an area of 847 hectares. Within the boundaries of the park there are 4 reserves - Snake Island, Sea Wormwood, Arcutino, Water Lilies. The nature of the town of Kiten is extremely beautiful. Many tourists prefer the resort because of the cleaner sea, the beautiful forest massifs, the tranquility.
