Support:
Clients will pay for building maintenance when drawing up their notarial deeds, which will be calculated as follows:
0.30 BGN (excluding VAT) per sq m per month.

The fee includes:

• cleaning and maintenance of the areas around the building;
  
• cleaning and maintenance of the common and public areas of the building;
  
• lighting of the common areas of the building;
  
• repair of damage to the common parts of the building;
  
• elevator maintenance and payment of electricity for common areas and elevator, etc.
  

Payment plan:

• deposit - 2000 Euro;
  
• first installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deducting the deposit, within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
  
• second installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the first installment;
  
• third installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the second installment;
  
• fourth installment – 10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon Act 15 or upon signing the notarial deed.
  

The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the client.
