The price varies depending on the type of house and its location in the complex, it is calculated based on the square footage of the selected house. It also includes the land/plot to the house.

Plots range in size from:

• 1000 sq.m to 1100 sq.m - for Type A houses;
  
• 500 sq.m to 800 sq.m - for houses Type B and B;
  
• 350 sq.m to 450 sq.m - for houses Type G (Bliznak house).
