Elena Gureva joined the LUXIMMO team in 2026 as a Real Estate Consultant. In her work, she provides brokerage and consultancy services to clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties, with a focus on a responsible approach, effective communication, and personalized service.
She graduated from “Bratya Petar i Ivan Kanazirevi” Secondary School in a language-focused class with intensive studies in English and German. In 2026, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Startup Business at the university. She speaks English at an excellent level, German at an intermediate level, and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
Before entering the real estate sector, Elena gained experience as an administrator and in a Reservations Department, where she worked directly with clients, handled correspondence, organized their stays, and was responsible for the documentation and payments related to reservations. Working in a dynamic environment helped her develop skills in managing multiple tasks, responding quickly, and maintaining calm and clear communication in different situations.
Her strengths include patience, organizational skills, and effective communication. In her work, she strives to honor her commitments, be precise and loyal to her clients, and provide them with support throughout every stage of the process.
Elena actively invests in her professional and personal development. Alongside her Master’s studies, she is taking a Digital Marketing course at SoftUni and learning a new foreign language. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and discovering new places, while maintaining an active lifestyle through Pilates, tennis, and spending time in nature.
