Beloslava Doneva joined the LUXIMMO GROUP team in 2026 as a real estate consultant. Her previous professional experience in the UK property market provides her with a strong foundation for working with different client profiles and the confidence to represent both residential and high-end properties.
Beloslava graduated from the National School of Applied Arts in Troyan, specialising in Drawing, Advertising Graphics and Ceramics, and also obtained a Master Artist certificate. She is currently in the final year of her studies at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), majoring in Strategic Planning and Marketing, where she is developing her knowledge of market analysis, strategic thinking, and building long-term client relationships.
Beloslava is a native Bulgarian speaker and has a good command of English.
Her professional career in real estate began in the United Kingdom, where she worked as a consultant in Manchester between 2021 and 2022. During this time, she was involved in transactions ranging from standard residential properties to luxury real estate, working with both private clients and investors. Her experience in an international market helped her develop excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to adapt her approach to each client's individual needs and expectations.
