Karen Hovhannisyan joined the LUXIMMO GROUP team in 2026 as a real estate consultant. Drawing on his extensive experience in entrepreneurship, tourism, hospitality, and marketing, he approaches his work with clients with a personalised attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to finding the most suitable solution.
He completed his secondary education at Secondary School No. 72 in Yerevan, Armenia, and in 2013 earned a degree in Tourism and Hospitality from the European University of Armenia. His education provided a strong foundation for his subsequent professional development in fields where communication, high-quality service, and understanding clients' needs are of key importance.
Karen is a native Armenian speaker, is fluent in Bulgarian and Russian, and has an intermediate command of English, allowing him to communicate confidently with clients from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
His professional career has been closely connected with entrepreneurship and the development of various business projects. For more than a decade, he gained valuable experience in the restaurant industry in Yerevan, where he developed strong skills in negotiation, process organisation, and building lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
In his work, Karen is guided by the principles of honesty, openness, integrity, professionalism, and responsibility. He believes that trust is built through consistency and a personalised approach, while long-term client relationships are the natural result of a job well done.
