Simona Mihaylova joined the LUXIMMO team as a real estate broker in 2026. She holds a degree in Administration and Management from New Bulgarian University, which provides her with a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client relations.

She speaks English at an intermediate level and has good knowledge of Spanish, enabling her to communicate confidently with international clients. Since the age of 18, Simona has been developing her own business — a wedding agency — where she gained valuable experience in client service, event organization, negotiations, and building long-term partnerships. This background contributes to her professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.

She has been active in the real estate sector since 2019, standing out for her personalized approach to every client. For her, trust, clear communication, and understanding each client’s specific needs are essential. She believes that accuracy and attitude are the key factors behind every successful transaction and satisfied client.
