Gergana Popova-Petrova has been part of the LUXIMMO team since 2025, working as a real estate broker and applying her extensive financial and business expertise to support clients in making well-informed property decisions.

She completed her primary and secondary education at Secondary School No. 7 “St. Sedmochislenitsi” in Sofia. From 1998 to 2003, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from a University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She later completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration at a Bulgarian university between 2022 and 2023.

In 2024–2025, Gergana further expanded her expertise by completing an advanced one-year program in Digital Marketing at a leading digital university in Bulgaria. The program covered key areas such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, e-mail marketing, technical SEO, and the integration of AI in marketing strategies.

She speaks English fluently, has an intermediate level of Dutch, and basic knowledge of Russian and Italian.

Gergana is a professional with over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, investment consulting, auditing, corporate governance, and international business development. She combines deep financial expertise with hands-on management experience, including company restructuring, investment project management, development of retail networks, and representation of international brands. Her career spans both the Bulgarian and European markets, in dynamic corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

At LUXIMMO, Gergana brings a strategic and analytical approach to real estate brokerage. She is known for her positive attitude, strong communication skills, and adherence to the highest standards of professional and ethical business practices. Clients value her ability to analyze complex situations, structure sound solutions, and guide them confidently through the decision-making process.

Born and raised in Sofia, Gergana is a mother of four children, as well as the owner of a family dog. In her limited free time, she prefers to spend time outside the city, traveling with her family and exploring different countries and cultures. She enjoys nature walks both in Bulgaria and abroad and maintains an active lifestyle through fitness, yoga, and skiing during the winter season.
