Ivan Vachin joined the LUXIMMO team in 2025 as a real estate consultant.

He completed his primary education at “Neofit Rilski” Secondary School in Bansko and his secondary education at “Bratya Kanazirevi” Secondary School in Razlog. In 2018, Ivan graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia with a degree in Business Logistics.

Before pursuing a career in real estate, Ivan gained diverse experience in the tourism industry — working as a bartender — as well as in the logistics sector abroad. These professional paths helped him develop strong discipline, communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure — qualities he now applies successfully in his work with clients.

As part of the LUXIMMO team, Ivan stands out with his responsibility, honesty, and commitment to achieving results. His sense of organization and attention to detail allow him to provide professional service and ensure that every stage of the property transaction runs smoothly.

In his free time, Ivan enjoys sports such as fitness and football. He values spending quality time with his family, loves nature, and often spends his free hours outdoors, enjoying long walks and fresh air.
