Svetlana Diner joined the teams of LUXIMMO and BARNES Bulgaria as a real estate consultant in October 2025.
After more than two decades of a successful career in Switzerland, within an international corporate environment, in 2025 Svetlana made a conscious decision to return to Bulgaria and channel her long-standing professional experience into a new and exciting challenge – the world of real estate.
With enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong drive for growth, she entered the brokerage profession, convinced that she could combine her precision, organizational skills, and human approach to assist clients in making some of the most important decisions in their lives.
Svetlana completed her secondary education in Sofia and later earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Control from the University of National and World Economy. She is fluent in English and German.
Her professional path began at Nestlé Bulgaria, followed by over 20 years with The Dow Chemical Company – a global leader in the chemical industry – based in Switzerland, where she held various roles in human resources, international team coordination, and database and CRM management.
Throughout her career, Svetlana has gained extensive experience in data management and analysis, successfully leading projects in digital transformation, corporate process optimization, and the implementation of platforms such as Power BI, CRM, and ZiftOne, thereby improving efficiency and engagement across corporate environments.
Svetlana stands out for her high professional ethics, precision, and empathetic approach, which help her build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients. For her, real estate brokerage is not just a profession but an opportunity to take part in meaningful life decisions, to create relationships based on respect and understanding, and to turn her clients’ dreams into reality.
Outside of her professional life, Svetlana enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She has a deep interest in interior design, aesthetics, and color concepts, which she views as essential elements in her ongoing pursuit of harmony – both in her relationships with people and in her surroundings.
