Miroslav Ivanov has more than 15 years of professional experience in the fields of technology, digital transformation, and international consulting. After a long and successful international career, he returned to Bulgaria and joined BARNES Bulgaria, part of LUXIMMO Group, in 2025. His decision was driven not only by personal reasons, but also by his strong conviction that the luxury segment of the Bulgarian real estate market holds significant potential for sustainable growth and innovation.

Miroslav completed his secondary education in the town of Balchik and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from Varna Free University. Bulgarian is his native language; he is fluent in English and has an intermediate command of Russian.

His professional journey began in the field of ERP and BI solutions, where he worked with leading international platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and QlikView. He later took on managerial roles and became a co-founder of a health-tech startup, which was awarded second place worldwide at the VMware Global Innovation Awards for an innovative cross-border telemedicine project.

Over the years, Miroslav has led teams and digitalization programs in the healthcare sector at both local and national levels, contributed to the transformation of the public sector, and established himself as a trusted consultant on strategic projects across the Middle East, the Balkans, and Central Europe. In recent years, he has managed national-level interoperability programs and participated in the technological transformation of government institutions and companies in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. His work combines strategic vision with technological precision, delivering solutions that enhance both user experience and the overall value of digital transformation.

At BARNES Bulgaria, Miroslav works as a Real Estate Consultant, specializing in high-end properties, investment projects, and transactions with an international dimension.
