Petya Chernaeva joined the LUXIMMO team in 2025 as a Real Estate Consultant. She is a practicing attorney with extensive professional experience and in-depth expertise in property law and real estate transactions.
Petya completed her primary education at Mihail Lakatnik Primary School in Burgas and her secondary education at the Professional High School of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Electronics in the same city. In 1998, she obtained her higher education degree in Law from Burgas Free University.
She speaks Russian fluently and has a good command of English, enabling her to work confidently with both Bulgarian and international clients.
Her professional career includes long-standing legal practice as a member of the Burgas Bar Association, with substantial experience in criminal, administrative, civil, property, and commercial law. She has also worked as a legal counsel for Nessebar Municipality, United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), and FC Nessebar.
In 2017, Petya served as a lecturer in Commercial Law at a licensed vocational training center in Sofia, specializing in professional education related to private employment services, tour operator activities, and real estate training programs.
