Ivan Yordanov

Ivan Yordanov joined the Luximmo team in early 2025 as a real estate broker.
A graduate of the German Language School in Burgas, he continued his studies at the University of Greenwich, where he studied Landscape Architecture. He is currently deepening his knowledge at the Technical University of Sofia, majoring in 3D Technology. His excellent knowledge of Bulgarian, English (IELTS 7.5) and German (DSD 2 - C1) allows him to communicate effectively with international clients, while his knowledge of Russian and other Slavic languages further expands his opportunities to work with different markets.
His career started in the tour operator industry where he developed his mediation and client handling skills. He then gained experience as a technical supervisor in landscape architecture and urban design, where he honed his understanding of space and detail in the urban environment. He began his work as a broker in a small real estate agency, which allowed him to develop a personalized approach to clients.
His strengths include an understanding of space and architectural perspective, which helps him identify the best properties for his clients. He is skilled in effective communication and strives to excel in problem solving. In his opinion, a good salesperson doesn't talk the talk, he asks the right questions, a skill he uses to find the right needs for his clients.
In its work it is guided by three basic principles:
- Trust - the foundation of successful client relationships;
- intransigence - always looking for the best solution;
- teamwork - believes that success is achieved through collaboration.
In his personal time, Ivan enjoys sports, his favorite hobby being skiing and hiking in the mountains. The most valuable thing for him is a positive attitude - he likes to laugh and create a good mood around him.
