Maria Karidova joined LUXIMMO GROUP in 2025 as a real estate consultant. Her previous experience in the real estate sector, combined with her diverse professional background and ability to communicate with different people, helps her approach every client with care, integrity, and a personalised attitude.
She completed her secondary education with a specialisation in Accounting and Control, and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Social Affairs from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. She continued her education at Burgas Free University, where she completed a Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology. The different areas of her academic background provide her with both a solid foundation in economics and a deeper understanding of people and their individual needs.
Maria has an intermediate command of English.
Her professional career spans several different fields. While still a student, she worked in the tourism sector and later gained experience as a freight forwarder and bank employee. She has also worked in real estate as both a broker and an administrator, where she was involved in the advertising and presentation of properties. This diverse experience has helped her develop strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different situations and client profiles.
Among Maria's greatest strengths are her integrity, responsibility, and ability to communicate openly with people.
