Office Director, Office Office Varna
Maria Boneva joined the LUXIMMO GROUP team at the beginning of 2025 as Manager of the Varna Office. She brings extensive professional and management experience in real estate, sales, and client relations.
She completed her secondary education at the Economics Technical School in Varna and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of Economics – Varna. She continued her education at Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen, where she obtained a Master's degree in Marketing.
Maria has an excellent command of Russian and a good to very good command of English.
Her professional career began in the telecommunications sector, where she spent ten years steadily developing her expertise and gaining significant experience in team management, work process organisation, sales, and client communication. She later turned her professional focus to real estate, where she built extensive practical and management experience. She has worked as the manager of a real estate company and later went on to develop her own business in the sector.
This professional journey has given her the opportunity to understand real estate from different perspectives – as a consultant, manager, and entrepreneur. Her accumulated experience enables her to analyse situations in depth, make confident decisions, and take a strategic approach both to individual transactions and to developing long-term relationships with clients and partners.
As Manager of the Varna Office at LUXIMMO GROUP, Maria is focused on the development of the office, building trust with clients, and creating a professional and results-oriented working environment.
