Alexander Parvanov

Aleksandar Parvanov has been part of the LUXIMMO GROUP team since 2021 as a real estate consultant. His professional approach combines practical experience in the sector, knowledge of finance and property valuation, and a strong commitment to understanding each client’s goals in depth before recommending a specific solution.
He graduated from the Prof. Veselin Stoyanov National School of Arts in Ruse, specialising in Classical Guitar, and in 2013 received both a general secondary education diploma and a professional music qualification. He continued his education in the United Kingdom, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Music Management and Artist Development from the London College of Music, followed by a Master’s degree in Management from the University of West London.
Aleksandar has an excellent command of English and basic conversational Russian.
His professional journey began at the age of 16 and has taken him through a variety of fields that gradually shaped his discipline, adaptability, and strong work ethic. While studying in London, he combined his education with work, gaining experience in construction, event and music festival organisation, as well as hospitality management. After returning to Bulgaria, he worked in the music industry as an artist manager at Virginia Records and later became one of the co-founders of a start-up focused on producing construction materials from recycled plastic.
In 2020, Aleksandar shifted his professional focus entirely to real estate. His drive to continuously expand his expertise also led him to qualify as a licensed real estate appraiser, complementing his practical experience and enabling him to assess each property from both a market and investment perspective.
As part of LUXIMMO GROUP, Aleksandar has been involved in more than 200 real estate transactions and has been a member of Yana Yancheva’s team since its formation. In 2025, the team received the company’s annual award for the highest year-on-year growth. Aleksandar also initiated the expansion of the LUXIMMO GROUP portfolio into a new international market – Costa Blanca, Spain, where the company now works with local partners and can assist clients looking to purchase property in the region.
In his work, Aleksandar puts consultancy before sales. He believes that the role of a good real estate professional is to understand the client’s situation and long-term objectives, provide all the necessary information, and recommend a solution that genuinely protects their interests. For this reason, he prefers to inform rather than persuade and believes that a successful transaction should mark the beginning of a long-term relationship, rather than its end.
Honesty, transparency, and responsibility are at the heart of his professional approach. Aleksandar believes that trust is built through consistency and keeping one’s word, even when doing so means that a transaction may take more time. He considers his greatest professional achievement to be the clients who return to him for their next transaction or recommend him to their family and friends.
In his free time, Aleksandar maintains his connection with music by playing the guitar and piano. He enjoys cooking, gardening, travelling, and staying active, with extreme sports – particularly winter sports – among his favourite pursuits.
