Adriana Nikolova is a professional with extensive experience in translation, international communication, and real estate. She holds a Bachelor's degree in German Philology from Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen and a Master's degree in Social Pedagogy from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo.
She is fluent in German (C1 level) and has a good working command of Russian. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable professional experience as a translator and communication specialist in both the private and public sectors in Bulgaria, as well as during her work in Germany and Austria.
Since 2020, Adriana has been part of the company's team, initially joining as an editor. Thanks to her excellent language skills, analytical mindset, and professional approach, she quickly established herself as a real estate consultant specializing in working with German-speaking clients. Her day-to-day responsibilities include advising international clients on purchasing property in Bulgaria, translating and editing marketing materials and contractual documentation, coordinating communication between clients, agents, and partners, as well as organizing property viewings and providing assistance throughout the entire transaction process.
In her professional work, Adriana is guided by the principles of honesty, integrity, precision, and responsibility. She believes that trust is built through open communication, a personalized approach to every client, and the consistent delivery of every commitment undertaken.
