Iliyana Bratovanova joined the team at Luximmo Finest Estates in 2020 under the mentorship of Yana Yancheva. She completed her secondary education at St. Konstantin-Kiril Filosof Foreign Language High School in Ruse and went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication and Illustration at the University of West London. Iliyana is fluent in English and has a basic command of Spanish.
At the beginning of her professional career, Iliyana gained more than four years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in customer service. Thanks to her excellent communication skills and dedication, she was promoted to the position of Supervisor.
She believes that communicating with people comes naturally to her and that the ultimate goal is always client satisfaction.
She describes her personal principles at work as follows: "Be honest and fair to everyone you work with. Consider every situation from all perspectives, not just your own."
In her free time, Iliyana enjoys spending time in nature or travelling to cities renowned for their magnificent architecture and rich history. She is passionate about experimenting with visual and applied arts, and she also enjoys relaxing outdoors whenever she has the opportunity.
