Lidia Valkova

Lidia Valkova joined the LUXIMMO GROUP team in 2018 as a real estate consultant. She brings more than 20 years of professional experience in marketing and client relations within major international companies, which she now successfully applies to her work in the real estate sector.
She completed her secondary education at 32nd Secondary School “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia, with intensive study of Russian, and later graduated from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) with a degree in Trade Management.
Lidia has an excellent command of English and a good command of Russian.
Her professional career has long been closely connected with marketing and client relations. For ten years, she was part of the marketing department at Kraft Foods International, where she progressed from Product Manager to Marketing Manager and worked on the development of the company’s chocolate product portfolio, advertising campaigns, and the launch of new products on the Bulgarian market.
She spent the next eight years of her career at the international market research company TNS BBSS, where she headed the Client Relations Department and worked with leading international and Bulgarian companies. Before joining LUXIMMO, she also worked independently as a marketing consultant.
Today, as a real estate consultant at LUXIMMO GROUP, Lidia specialises primarily in the sale of newly built apartments in Sofia’s southern districts, including Krastova Vada, Vitosha, Malinova Dolina, and Manastirski Livadi.
Her extensive experience in marketing and market research helps her gain an in-depth understanding of her clients’ needs. She knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and select the properties that genuinely match what her clients are looking for.
Over the years at LUXIMMO GROUP, Lidia has successfully completed numerous transactions involving newly built apartments in Sofia’s southern districts. She considers her greatest recognition to be the clients who return to her for their next purchase or recommend her to their family and friends.
Outside her professional life, Lidia has a strong interest in interior design – a passion that naturally complements her work in real estate. She has already completed three interior design projects for friends and clients, while her sense of space and aesthetics helps her recognise the potential of each property and present it more effectively to its future owners.
