Reni Deliakova, Director of Business Systems, joined the LUXIMMO team in 2018 as Client Assistant. Over the years, Renny has demonstrated a number of skills and personal qualities that have changed her position within the company several times.
Reni is responsible for the digital transformation of the company, she also handles the training of new employees and the recruitment of staff, as well as internal migrations within the teams.
"I know how to keep calm in tense situations, make quick and appropriate decisions and take responsibility. I am also a very good balancer. I am focused on the bottom line as well as the well-being of each individual in the team," says Renny about her strengths.
The principles she insists on in her work are proactivity, optimization, openness and creating a friendly atmosphere in the workplace.
Reni completed her secondary education at the Natural and Mathematical High School in the town of Burgas. She continued her higher education at the University of Forestry and Landscape Architecture, Sofia.
Her professional path is related to successfully managing her own online store and social media marketing. She has also been involved in the development of a family business in tourism.
In her earlier student years, she worked in a capital market trading company as a salesperson, including leading sales training for new employees.
She was also involved in vertical gardens and landscaping as part of her student practice.
Renny is fluent in English, Italian and Russian at a working level.
Training, personal development and psychology, up-skilling through courses, cooking, meeting friends and walking in nature, and constantly developing new skills are all activities that are part of Renny's daily routine.
