We offer you a unique experience in a luxury complex of houses in traditional style for rent in the village of Popovtsi - a picturesque location on top of a hill with an incredible view of the Balkans.
The complex consists of 5 identical villas for 8 people each, a large pool and children's pool, a restaurant for 40 people, a beautiful garden, billiards and table tennis. The houses are elegantly furnished in the spirit of the Bulgarian Revival and combine the coziness and warmth of the past with the comforts of modern life. The houses are ideal for those seeking refuge from the stress of city life, a great place for families or professionals - a new, luxurious home with all the amenities and comforts at the foot of Stara Planina.

The houses have an identical layout of the rooms. Each of them has four bedrooms (two double and two single) on the first floor, three bathrooms, and a spacious room on the second floor, where there is a separate kitchen, living room and dining room.

Distribution:
On the first floor you will find a beautiful entrance hall with a large mirror in a beautiful wooden frame, an antique hanger with a textile back with folklore patterns and walls painted in ethno motifs. The entrance hall leads to the four bedrooms with simple and refined antique furniture. Two of the bedrooms are double, each with its own bathroom. The view from them is to the south - to the nearby hills and groves, and to the Balkans. French windows provide direct access to the garden and pool. The other two rooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with entrance from the entrance hall. The view is towards the rock formation Vita Stena.

Pretty mattresses, with pillows scattered on them, complement the authentic look here and make us feel like in a fairy tale from a time. Thanks to the many small windows, the sun's rays illuminate this spacious room throughout the day. The high vaulted ceilings, delicately accentuated by massive old beams, inevitably enhance the feeling of space. The old chandeliers once again accentuate the authentic atmosphere and with their dim light create a cozy, romantic atmosphere.

The French windows in the southern part of the room open onto a spacious veranda with a hot tub and an impressive table and armchairs. The view from here is amazing - from a bird's eye view you can see both the impressive with its beauty Stara Planina and the smallest details - winding paths, groves, pastures and meadows, pretty country houses.

As guests of the complex you will be able to enjoy a large and spacious garden, generously landscaped and arranged on two levels. In the higher part are the houses, and wooden steps lead down to an elegant restaurant, two swimming pools (one for children), a playground with swings and a slide. Beautiful garden furniture and a wrought-iron gazebo offer privacy and elegantly complement the exterior. Every corner of the garden offers a magnificent view of the Balkan Mountains!

How to rent the property?
If you like the property and decide to rent it, we will be able to prepare a rental agreement with the landlord and present it for approval and signature by both parties. The usual practice is to prepay one rent for the first month and to leave a guarantee deposit to the landlord to the amount of one month's rent.
