• Second installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the first installment;
  
• Third installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment;
  
• Fourth installment - 10% of the value of the preliminary contract at Act 15 or at the signing of the notarial act.

Maintenance fee - BGN 0.30 (VAT excluded) per sq.m per month:

• Cleaning and maintenance of the areas around the building;
  
• Cleaning and maintenance of public areas of the building;
  
• Lighting of the common parts of the building;
  
• Damages of the common parts of the building;
  
• Elevator maintenance and electricity billing for common areas and elevator, etc.
