Project:

The plot on which the building will be built is located near the center of Obzor, the city park, shopping streets and only about 250-300 m from the beach.

The project consists of a commercial ground floor and five residential floors above it with a total of 27 rationally located three types of studio apartments, with one or two bedrooms.

The yard is designed for free parking of cars of the owners or their guests, and there are two approaches to it with controlled access through electric barriers with remote control.

Annual maintenance fee for the common areas: 4 euro / m². with a contract for 3 years.

Note:
Annual maintenance fee for the common parts of the building and the yard - 4 euro / m². of the total area of the apartment. A maintenance contract for a period of 3 years is concluded upon transfer of ownership of the property by a notary deed.

Methods of payment:

Option 1:

• EUR 2,000 (two thousand) deposit and signing of a reservation form valid for 20 days;
  
• 1 installment 70% upon signing a preliminary contract up to 20 days after the deposit (with deduction of the deposit);
  
• 2 installment 20% of act 15;
  
• 3 installment 10% upon commissioning of the building (Act 16) and transfer of ownership by deed;
  

Option 2: with 3% discount from the price:

• EUR 2,000 (two thousand) deposit and signing of a reservation form valid for 20 days;
  
• 1 installment 95% upon signing a preliminary contract up to 20 days after the deposit (with deduction of the deposit);
  
• 2 installment 5% upon commissioning of the building (Act 16) and transfer of ownership by notary deed.

Deadlines for completion: 18-20 months after the opening of the construction site.
