We are pleased to present to you a unique Provencå-style hotel situated at the foot of Rila National Park, in the village of Beli Iskar - only 70 km away from Sofia and 8 km away from Samokov. The best ski slopes in Borovets (Yastrebets-3, Popangelov, Yastrebets-1) are set 4 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 4 floors and offers 11 double rooms (some with an extra third bed), 2 luxury suites and the owner's apartment - maisonette for year-round use.

There is a well maintained yard with an area of 680sq.m. which comes with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area with 14 seats. Guests can enjoy the relax conditions on site – there is a sauna, heated lounger and a hydromassage shower.

The tavern, designed in a traditional Bulgarian style, has a capacity of 50 seats. There is also a lobby bar with 18 seats. The lobby has an extraordinary atmosphere, complemented by a fireplace, a solid beverage bar and a large flat-screen TV. The comfortable furniture predisposes to rest and pleasant conversations.

The tavern has a fireplace and a wine bar. It comes with a fitted kitchen with professional equipment, according to all standards and requirements of HASAP.

Each of the rooms has WiFi, minibar, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom and mountain views.
One of the apartments has a jacuzzi, and each of the apartments has a fireplace. They both have private balconies that open to wonderful mountain views.

The area is extremely favourable for the development of eco and rural tourism - the biggest landmark in Beli Iskar is the Rila National Park. The park has 8 bridges which reveal a wonderful panorama to the whole park.

The landmarks in the park are many, as well as the wildlife that can be seen at any time in the park. There are protected flora and fauna species recorded in the Red Book.

Everywhere in the park there are built benches to allow tourists to comfortably accommodate, special fire places with marking are also provided.
