Evksinograd is located on the Black Sea coast, 8 km north of the center of Varna. The complex was used as a royal summer residence of the monarchs Alexander Battenberg, Ferdinand and Boris III. The style of the luxurious three-storey residence is inspired by an 18th-century French castle with high metal blades on the mansard roof, brickwork and a clock tower. The palace park is an integral part of the complex, designed by French architects and has rare botanical species. Currently, Euxinograd is used by the cabinet of the government and the president for summer meetings and is open for visits by tourists.
