Authentic house, 10km from spa resort with mineral springs and the town of Tryavna

We are pleased to offer this authentic house in the vicinity of Tryavna town. The village is with about 45 houses on the way from the old capital, Veliko Tarnovo towards the international pass “Hainboaz”. The altitude is 800 meters with a beautiful view of the peaks of Stara Planina Mountain.
The house has foundation of stone masonry and wooden beams. The total living area is 90 square meters and is located in the yard of 1200 sq. m. in the center of village. The exposure is south and the place has a very beautiful view to the mountains.
The first floor is ground with stone walls, a room intended for a large living room and bathroom. Antique fireplace / badge / masonry and such are items that have been preserved and give authenticity of the property.
The second floor consists of three rooms - two bedrooms and a transitional room from which there is an exit with wooden stairs to the attic. A large septic tank has been prepared, but not finished. Electricity and water are available. The house is accessible all year round and the village has a range of all mobile operators. The yard is fenced around with metal net and concrete base.
