Apartment “Dom Perignon” is situated in a four storey family building built according to the top quality requirements. Each floor of the building is occupied by only one apartment. Inside finishing is according to the Bulgarian Standard and all common areas are fully and luxury finished. Stairs and landings are made of natural granite. The walls are brick with a thickness of 25 cm and the bricks used are of the highest class - "Wenerberger". The roof and facade panels are supplied with hydro and thermal insulation (fiber). Cladding of the building is stone - polished Travertine, which is impregnated with Italian impregnate. Railings are from hand wrought iron, which gives more value to this boutique building. The apartment we offer occupies the third floor of the building. There is a possibility to complete full finishing and furnishing of the apartment by request of the future buyer.

RESERVATION OF PROPERTY
The property can be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 5000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the Preliminary contract.
Agency commission is 3% from the purchasing price (but not less than 500 Euro) and is payable upon signing of the Preliminary contract.
