Description of the complex

Design of the construction is inspired by the idea of comfortable and quality lifestyle. Façade finishing and decoration, such as natural stone, wood and organic greenery were carefully selected to convey the impression of hospitality and well-being. Manicured inner yard creates a private oasis with cozy benches, a fountain, a children’s playground, a BBQ and a swimming pool with sunbeds. Own water well caters for all the needs of the yard area of the complex, such as swimming pool, fountain and plant irrigation.

Just as its name suggests, the basic concept of the complex is built upon nature awareness, creating environmentally friendly, convenient and comfortable space for living with an abundance of greenery and water. This concept determined the use of only ecologically sustainable, high quality materials for the construction. The project
The project is conceived by the architectural firm “Starh”. The firm has completed numerous extensive projects and received several awards at the architectural competitions, among which the “Building of the Year” award in 2013. The firm is distinguished by its ability to generate fresh, out-of-box, innovative ideas and to apply them to such unique and exciting projects, as the complex “Evergreen”.

Apartments
All apartments in the complex will be completed up to the Bulgarian Completion Standard:
•Ground coat on the walls;
•Rough plaster on the walls which in most cases will require another layer of plaster before laying the latex paint/putting the wallpaper;
•There is front door and double glazed windows;
•The floors are concrete as in some cases another final layer of concrete may be needed to even it out before laying the foundations for the flooring and the flooring itself;
•The bathrooms are unfinished which means that there are no tiles, no accessories and furnishing. This means that there is water and sewerage system in place but the installation ends on cap;
•The property does not have any lighting fixtures, but there is wiring for electricity which is installed and ready to be used;
•The property does not have any sockets or switches placed, only the designated places for them with the cables coming out of the wall and the entire electricity system is installed.

Most of the apartments enjoy beautiful view to the sea. There is a variety of parking spaces available for sale with an area of 12.5 sq.m.

Plan B / Discount of 5% of the selling price
• 2000 EUR reservation deposit (non-refundable), which shall be deducted from next payment
• 50% first installment within 14 calendar days after reservation on signing the Preliminary contract
• 20% second installment until 30.11.2014
• 20% third installment until 02.02.2015
• 10% last installment until 31.05.2015

Plan C / Discount of 10% of the selling price
• 2000 EUR reservation deposit (non-refundable), which shall be deducted from next payment
• 90% first installment within 14 calendar days after reservation on signing the Preliminary contract
• 10% last installment until 31.05.2015
