Development land near Lozenets village

Two development plots, each of them with an area of about 5,000 sq.m., divided into respectively 8 and 6 smaller regulated plots of land, each of them with a size of about 600 sq.m. They are intended for construction of villas. It is envisaged streets to the plots with access to each property.

Between the two regulated plots is located the plot (with an area of 5,000 sq.m.). The regulation of the plot # 263 has not yet been completed, but is ongoing. All three plots can be purchased, while the middle located plot which is not yet in regulation can be bought with a discount within about 5 Euro/sq.m. Minimum can be purchased one of three plots of 5000 sq.m., at buyer’s request .

The plots are located near the village of Lozenets. In close proximity (second line) to an asphalt road, with quick and direct access to the sea and the main road to Burgas. The distance to the sea is 2 km and by car it can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The plots are flat and accessible year round via excellent asphalt road. They offer wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding hills and the Strandzha mountains. They are completely ready for construction and provided with entire infrastructure to each plot - electricity, water, sewage.

In the vicinity there are a lot of villas under construction and a small family hotel. Not far from the plots there are elite private villas and operating holiday complexes.

The area is very promising for building of a seaside villa in a nice environment and easy access to the popular elite resort of Lozenets and its beautiful beaches.
