Godlevo Resort is an investment project for the construction of a mid-sized apartment complex/apartment hotel for mountain or rural tourism in the picturesque village of Godlevo. The village of Godlevo is located some 14 km from the world famous ski resort of Bansko and 7 km from the town of Razlog.

There is easy access to the area via an asphalt road that is maintained all year round. The plot of Godlevo Resort is located on a high hill in the very end of the village and offers 360 degrees of beautiful views to the mountains of Pirin to the south and Rila to the north.

The area of the plot is about 3,245 sq.m. and it is regulated. The plot has a vertical drop which allows the construction of the holiday development to be interesting both architecturally and functionally.

The project is ready on a draft level, as it has all the necessary architectural plans. It has received initial approval from the chief architect of the town of Razlog, but no application has been filed for the official permit due to lack of financing. The major work on the project has been done and the building permit can be obtained in a month with our help should the buyer/investor wish.

The development has been optimized as much as possible with the aim of achieving efficient work process/sales with minimal expenses. The development has 5 sections each of which has its own lift. The heating will be local, with pellets. The development will consist of the following units and areas:
• 97 apartments – mainly studios and one-bedroom apartments, with areas between 36 sq.m. and 71 sq.m., as well as a few larger two-bedroom apartments
