The house has 3 separate entrances, having armored doors. To the second level, there is a garage with the capacity of 2 parking places and with a remote control for the door. The house heating is ensured by heating installation, powered by a new generation steam generator. That guarantees a 20 degree temperature in all the premises, despite the seasons and the weather. The cooling is ensured by air conditioners.

Water, electricity, telephone, cable TV and security system are at disposal.


RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
