Balchik is a resort town situated in north-eastern Bulgaria. It is placed amphitheatrical around a small bay in the north of Black sea coast and attracts the tourists with its historical monuments and with its 3 newly built golf courses nearby as well. Here people have the opportunity to visit the Botanical Garden, which is in hold of the biggest variety of plants on the entire Balkans. The visitors have the chance to see 3000 kinds of odd and extraordinary plants, which form a splendid landscape and are arranged near the former castle of the Romanian Queen Maria.
Тhe town is famous with it’s international marina, which is the third biggest in Bulgaria. The climate is mild and offers the tourists warm and sunny days and cool evenings. There are many clubs, restaurants and discos on the promenade.

The property we’re offering is built in 2007 and is located in less than a kilometer from the famous Botanical Garden.
